We also have availability for individuals for earlier in the season (for more info on seasons click here). Most of the 1st half of August is available, but please note almost of the stags will still be in velvet at that time of year.
For larger groups, we have several week-long stag hunting trips with exclusive use lodges still available in locations such as the Isle of Skye and in Sutherland. These weeks are for groups of 6 – 12. For more information, please email me on email@example.com
For intrepid adventurers looking for a totally unique and off-grid hunt, we have 1 week left on the Isle of Rona for stags and 2 weeks in winter on Rona for hinds – click here for more info
Stag hunting and fishing in September
September is a great time to combine stag hunting in the Highlands with salmon fishing. The hunting available in September is in Highland Perthshire, which also allows visitors to fish for salmon on the beautiful River Tay.
The River Tay is an excellent river for visitors as both fly-fishing and spinning are allowed. Many other rivers in Scotland are fly-fishing only, which can be a little limiting for some guests who may be unfamiliar with fly-fishing techniques.
We can create your perfect combination hunting and fishing holiday. Simply fill out one of our enquiry forms and we’ll send full personalised itinerary within 3 working days!
